Website development and web design company in Dubai
STYLABS designs and builds websites for Dubai businesses on Next.js. AED 70,000 to 100,000, about twelve weeks. Work includes Profound Properties and MOMA.
STYLABS is a website development and web design company with offices in Dubai and Mumbai. One senior team designs and builds websites for UAE businesses on Next.js, React and TypeScript, from the brand and page structure through to launch. Its Dubai sites include Profound Properties, MOMA and manzil.life. A STYLABS website build in Dubai costs AED 70,000 to AED 100,000 and takes about twelve weeks.
The Dubai office is at 1616 Binary Tower, Business Bay. The studio was founded in 2015 and has between 10 and 49 people across both offices.
This page covers our services, the Dubai sites we have shipped, the stack, prices, timelines, how we compare with other suppliers, and when to hire someone else. For software beyond the website, such as an ERP, an operator dashboard or an MVP, see custom software development in Dubai.
Web design and development services
Design and build are one engagement. The team that designs the pages writes the code, and flows are tested with real users before the full build (product design), so the design you approve is the one that ships.
- Company websites. For firms that sell on reputation: a clear page structure, a design system, and pages built around the work. Brand identity can be in scope. MOMA, Makarska Exklusiv and Profound Properties each had branding, web design and web development in one engagement. See branding and growth.
- Portfolio and project sites. For architects, designers and developers whose photography makes the case.
- Listings and search. Inventory that visitors can filter and compare, with an enquiry flow that reaches a person.
- Booking websites. Live availability and checkout on your own domain, connected to your property management system.
- Multilingual sites. Each language on its own URL, with Arabic set right to left.
- Redesigns and takeovers. We take over live sites as well as building new ones. A takeover starts with a dependency, risk and test-coverage audit, and we tell you what is worth keeping before we propose a rebuild.
Search basics are part of the build: pages rendered on the server, one URL per language, structured data (schema markup) on every build, and weight and interaction budgets set at design time.
Websites we have built for Dubai clients
Architecture: MOMA
MOMA is a Dubai architecture, interiors and landscape studio founded by Monica and Maha, with signature projects across the UAE, Tanzania and Iraq. Its previous site flattened three disciplines into a generic studio page, and the founders' story was almost invisible.
STYLABS rebuilt the identity around the "Mastering the Art of Space" positioning and designed a portfolio-first site that gives each discipline its own room. Project pages were redesigned around the photography. The work took ten weeks in 2025. Inbound enquiries from real estate developers doubled in the first quarter, and the studio now publishes new projects on the site without help from us.
"STYLABS gave our work the home it deserved. The new site finally feels as considered as the spaces we design, and clients arrive already understanding who we are and how we work."

Hospitality: manzil.life and the Hostaway booking sites
manzil.life is a booking site for luxury holiday homes and serviced apartments across Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Business Bay. Each property on it is a Hostaway listing underneath, and the operator runs the site from its own dashboard.
It is one of four booking sites STYLABS has built on Hostaway. The others are Makarska Exklusiv in Croatia, Hireavilla, a multi-host villa marketplace across India, the UAE and Indonesia, and Stayscape in Maharashtra. None of them uses a shared theme. The build pattern is described at custom Hostaway booking sites, and the Dubai holiday home rules and costs are on the holiday homes page.
Real estate: Profound Properties
Profound Properties is a Dubai brokerage in premium, luxury and off-plan property. In fourteen weeks STYLABS delivered a rebrand, area and developer guides, an off-plan listings system, a content layer in six languages including Arabic, and an enquiry flow for non-resident buyers. Qualified inbound leads tripled in the first quarter after launch, and the new listings score 94 on Lighthouse performance.
What a brokerage or developer site needs beyond that, including advertising permits, Property Finder and Bayut feeds and real estate price tiers, is on the real estate website page.
All published case studies are at stylabs.com/work.
How the sites are built
The framework. STYLABS builds front ends in React, Next.js and TypeScript, with Node, Python and PostgreSQL behind them, and deploys on AWS and Docker through CI pipelines. This website runs on Next.js 16. Pages are rendered on the server, so a search engine or an AI assistant reads finished HTML. Why Next.js suits multilingual Dubai sites, and when it is the wrong choice, is set out on the custom software page.
Content management. Your team edits pages, projects and listings without calling a developer. MOMA publishes new signature projects on its own. With a headless CMS, content lives in a separate editor and reaches the site through an API. We use Payload on some projects and a custom admin on others, depending on what your team needs to edit.
Integrations. The site connects to the systems behind it.
- Property management systems. The four Hostaway sites read rates and availability live, and Hostaway stays the system of record for calendars, channels and reservations. Manzil started on the Guesty API and now runs on Hostaway.
- CRM and lead routing. We connect forms to the CRM your sales team uses: Salesforce, Zoho or HubSpot, or a custom CRM built for the business when none of those fits.
- Automation. Follow-ups, notifications and data sync run on n8n, Make or Zapier, or on custom code, depending on the budget and the problem. See workflow and AI automation.
Performance. Google's guidance is that the largest element on a page should load within 2.5 seconds, that the page should respond to input within 200 milliseconds, and that layout shift should stay at 0.1 or less, measured at the 75th percentile of page loads on mobile and desktop (web.dev, Web Vitals, last updated 31 October 2024, retrieved 19 October 2026). STYLABS sets weight and interaction budgets at the design stage, which is how the Profound Properties listings reached 94 on Lighthouse. Logging, error tracking and alerts are set up before launch, so a fault shows on a dashboard before a customer reports it.
What a website costs in Dubai
A STYLABS website build in Dubai costs AED 70,000 to AED 100,000 excluding 5% VAT, quoted as a fixed proposal after a scoping call. Where a project sits in that band depends on the number of languages, the integrations and whether brand identity is in scope.
Three Dubai agencies publish website price ranges for 2026. Their tiers have different names, so the rows below group them by rough size.
| Size of site | Element8 | Cubix | Kolonell (B2B sites) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | AED 3,500 to 8,000 | AED 3,000 to 15,000 | Starter, 5 to 7 pages: AED 6,000 to 12,000 |
| Mid-sized | Corporate or SME: AED 12,000 to 55,000 | Moderate: AED 15,000 to 40,000 | Growth, 8 to 12 pages: AED 12,000 to 30,000 |
| Large | E-commerce: AED 15,000 to 110,000 and up | Complex: AED 40,000 to 120,000 | Premium, 12 to 20 pages: AED 30,000 to 60,000 |
| Custom or enterprise | Custom web application: AED 50,000 to 275,000 and up | Enterprise: AED 120,000 to 200,000 and up | Not published |

(2026 Guide) (15 April 2026); Kolonell, Website Pricing Guide for a Dubai B2B in 2026: Agency Rate Card (7 September 2026). All retrieved 19 October 2026. These are agencies competing for the same clients, and Kolonell calls its own figures "order of magnitude".
Our band sits inside Cubix's complex tier, in the lower part of Element8's custom web application range, and above everything Kolonell lists. A custom design, a content management system, several languages and live integrations put a site there. A five-page site on a theme does not need to cost that much.
When you compare quotes, compare the scope line by line: page templates, languages, integrations, who writes the copy, and what happens after launch.
Costs after launch. Kolonell lists hosting at AED 350 to 1,200 a month, maintenance and security at AED 600 to 2,400 a month, and a .ae or .com domain at AED 150 to 400 a year. Cubix puts ongoing post-launch support at AED 3,000 to 20,000. STYLABS supports sites after launch on a monthly retainer, priced on request.
For software projects beyond a website, the published ranges are in our guide to custom software development cost in the UAE.
How long it takes
The standard STYLABS engagement is about twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. MOMA took ten weeks, Makarska Exklusiv twelve, and Profound Properties fourteen, because its scope included a full rebrand and six languages. You see a working demo every week, and scope that would add time shows up by week two. The code and the IP belong to you at the end.
Other Dubai agencies publish shorter and longer timelines. Kolonell gives 10 to 14 days for a starter B2B site. Element8 gives 6 to 12 weeks for a simpler corporate site with a well-defined scope, and three to nine months for an enterprise website. Cubix gives two to four months for a complex site and four to eight months or more for enterprise.
Three things outside the build can move a launch date: copy and photography, translations, and access to third-party accounts such as a PMS, a CRM or a property portal. Give each one a named owner on your side before kickoff.
STYLABS, a template shop or an offshore shop
Each is right for some websites.
| Template or theme shop | Nearshore or offshore development shop | STYLABS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Design | A theme adjusted to your colours and logo | Built from your designs or a spec; design is often a separate supplier | Designed for you, prototyped in code and tested with users |
| Editing after launch | The theme's page builder | Whatever the spec asked for | A CMS your team uses; MOMA publishes on its own |
| Arabic and other languages | Depends on the theme's right-to-left support | Built to the spec | Planned from the first design; Profound Properties runs in six |
| Integrations | Plugins | Built to the spec | PMS, CRM and automation in the same scope |
| Published price | AED 3,500 to 8,000 for a basic site (Element8) | AED 20,000 to 120,000 (Kolonell's nearshore band) | AED 70,000 to 100,000 |
| Timeline | 10 to 14 days for a starter site (Kolonell) | 4 to 8 weeks (Kolonell's nearshore band) | About twelve weeks |
| Best when | You need a credible presence quickly | You have a finished spec and someone in house to own it | The site is your main sales channel and has to carry the brand |
Kolonell's figures are for B2B websites, and the middle-column figures are its nearshore band. The comparison for software projects is on the custom software page.
When to hire someone else
- Your budget is under AED 70,000. Every agency in the table above publishes tiers below our band. A good local agency or a template shop will build a credible company site for a fraction of our price.
- You need to be live in a month. Kolonell publishes 10 to 14 days for a starter site. Our standard engagement is about twelve weeks.
- You are opening an online store with a large catalogue. Nothing in our published work is a retail e-commerce store. An agency that builds stores every month will do it faster and with fewer surprises.
- Your team runs WordPress and wants to keep it. A WordPress specialist will cost less, and Cubix publishes AED 5,000 to 20,000 for a WordPress site.
- You mainly need a property CRM. Buy one that syncs with the portals. The real estate page names the options.
If none of those fits, talk to the Dubai team or write to hello@stylabs.com. Bring your current site, the languages you need, the systems the site has to connect to, and the date it has to be live.
FAQ
How much does a website cost in Dubai? Dubai agencies publish ranges from about AED 3,000 for a basic site to more than AED 200,000 for an enterprise platform. Element8 puts a corporate or SME site at AED 12,000 to 55,000, and Cubix puts a complex site at AED 40,000 to 120,000. A STYLABS website build in Dubai costs AED 70,000 to AED 100,000 excluding VAT, quoted as a fixed proposal after a scoping call.
How long does it take to build a website in Dubai? About twelve weeks from kickoff to launch is the standard STYLABS engagement. MOMA's site took ten weeks, Makarska Exklusiv took twelve, and Profound Properties took fourteen because the scope included a full rebrand and six languages. Other Dubai agencies publish timelines from two weeks for a small B2B site to four months or more for an enterprise build.
Does STYLABS build websites in Arabic and English? Yes. Arabic is planned from the first design, with the page direction set right to left in the markup and each language on its own URL so search engines can index it. Profound Properties runs in six languages: English, Arabic, German, French, Russian and Chinese. Adding Arabic to a finished left-to-right design costs more than planning it from the start.
Can our team update the website after launch? Yes. Your team edits pages, projects and listings without calling a developer, and the code and IP belong to you. MOMA publishes new signature projects on its site without help from STYLABS. Logging, error tracking and alerts are set up before launch, so a fault shows on a dashboard before a customer reports it.
Do you redesign existing websites? Yes. STYLABS takes over live sites and codebases as well as building new ones. A takeover starts with a dependency, risk and test-coverage audit, and we tell you what is worth keeping before proposing a rebuild. MOMA and Profound Properties both had sites that no longer reflected the business, and both relaunched with a new brand and a new site.
Is STYLABS a web design company or a web development company? Both, in one team. The people who design the pages also build them, and flows are tested in working code with real users before the full build, so what you approve is what ships. Brand identity can be part of the same engagement: MOMA, Makarska Exklusiv and Profound Properties each had branding, web design and web development delivered together.
