Do you take over existing codebases, or only build from scratch?
Both. We regularly inherit live products. We start with a dependency, risk and test-coverage audit, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, and take it from there. Adopting a codebase is a standard engagement, not an exception.
What stack do you build on?
TypeScript across the board: React and Next.js on the front end, Node or Python on the back, PostgreSQL for data, AWS and Docker for infra. Native and cross-platform for mobile. We choose for the long haul over the hype cycle.
Which mobile apps have you shipped?
Outlet House, an e-commerce app in Dubai built with Flutter for iOS and Android; the Hireavilla guest app for its villa marketplace; and owners apps for Makarska Exklusiv, Hireavilla and Manzil, where owners see payouts, calendars, reports and analytics and can reserve a stay in their own property. Each app shares its back end with the website it belongs to. We have shipped Arabic right-to-left apps and UAE payment gateway integrations, and an app build in Dubai typically costs AED 60,000 to AED 120,000.

You do, fully, including the repositories, infrastructure and IP.
